Membership: To attract a diverse membership of coaches and non coaches who are excited with APAC's’s vision and mission and aligned with apac’s values.

PR and Community Relations: To disseminate awareness of coaching as a tool for personal development in Asia and the Pacific; to use coaching to assist individuals and organizations doing projects to enhance the quality of life in Society and preserve the World’s environment.

Programs: To organize programs relating to coaching trends and development with focus on identifying quality speakers to share their knowledge, wisdom, expertise and experience for the benefit of APAC members and the coaching community.

Research: To keep track of coaching R&D studies, trends, developments, etc especially as it applies to the APAC region

Planning Committee for the 2010 Asia Pacific Coaching Conference: To help shape the outcome of the first Asia Pacific Coaching Conference.
