Charlie, an executive coach & trainer who is known for his innovative approaches towards leadership and change, assists his clients in mastering these challenges. They achieve outstanding results through Charlie's unique application of latest findings in coaching & leadership research combined with his own extensive experience in international management and leadership.
Charlie's mission is to help Progress-U's clients deal with their interpersonal challenges in the most effective way for the benefit of all stakeholders. To achieve this, Charlie (and his colleagues at Progress-U) offers Executive Coaching, Workshops and Seminars for senior executives. He also delivers keynote speeches, and is a passionate thinker and writer of articles on these topics.
In August 2005 his first book, "The Groupness Factor", was published. His second book on corporate coaching culture ("The Coach Factor") was published in 2012. Currently he's working on his 3rd book on paradoxical behavioral tendencies ("The Paradox Factor"). Since 2003, he has authored over 200 articles, many of which have been published in local and regional newspapers and magazines (e.g. SCMP, CareerTimes, Effective Executive, etc.).
